Diet Wiegmanは廃金属を用いた影絵アーティストとして有名だ。

一見、めちゃくちゃに無造作に組み立てられた廃金属の塊は、光を当たることによってマイケル・ジャクソンやミケランジェロの彫刻などシルエットを生む。

1965年に完成された彼のこのアートフォームは、ここ数年でやっと評価され始め、今や国際的なアーティストの1人となった。

オリジナルなことを続けていれば、きっといつか評価されるという素晴らしい例だ。
